For testing DDR4 and DDR3 modules

Our most popular RAM tester, RAMCHECK LX DDR4+3 provides a complete solution for testing popular 288-pin DDR4 and 240-pin DDR3 DIMM and LRDIMM. Options are available for testing DDR2, DDR, laptop SO-DIMMs and more. Also available is the DDR4 Pro/DDR3 package, featuring a very rugged DDR4 socket.

The RAMCHECK LX DDR4 (INN-8686-DDR4) is a bundled package containing the RAMCHECK LX base and the 288-pin DIMM adapter. Tests LRDIMM and works with all optional adapters. Also available is the DDR4 Pro package, featuring a very rugged DDR4 socket.
