DOMESTIC USA ORDERS

We accept orders by Visa/MasterCard and COD cashiers check. To open a COD company check account, please contact us to acquire the appropriate application form. For international orders, please see the terms below.

We extend Net 30 terms to US and Canadian government institutions, school systems and publicly traded US companies with D&B rating of 1A2 or higher. To establish a Net 30 account for your company, please contact us so that we may fax you our Credit Application. Click here to review our terms.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

INNOVENTIONS products are available worldwide. We accept direct orders from all countries and ship via UPS, Fedex, DHL, or other air carriers. All our international orders are conducted based on Wire Transfers (T/T) in advance. All international orders are non-refundable. Product returns from resellers may be accepted only for a credit toward other product purchases. We do not accept packages without a valid RMA number.
