RMA Policy

All Returned Merchandise items must be accompanied with a valid RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our Tech Support Department. This RMA number is required for both returns and repairs. All items arriving at INNOVENTIONS without a valid RMA number are automatically refused.

After obtaining the RMA number, you will need to send the package to INNOVENTIONS, shipping prepaid and insured. Please make sure to mark your package clearly with the valid RMA number to insure acceptance. No package will be accepted if it is shipped "COD", "Freight Collect", or "Third Party Billing".

International customers should choose a carrier like UPS, FEDEX, or DHL which deliver the merchandise directly to INNOVENTIONS. Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT Airport to Airport shipping! Also, please mark the package and all shipping documents with the statement "RETURN FOR FACTORY REPAIR" to avoid any DUTY charges (billed to your account).

Warranty Repairs

Our limited one-year warranty is outlined in your Owner's Manual. Please note that items that are subject to normal wear and tear (like external test sockets) are not covered by the warranty. Warranty repairs are done free, except for the shipping charges back to the customer.

Non-Warranty Repairs

We have established a fixed price schedule for non-warranty repairs. External test sockets which need to be replaced are charged extra (unless the only work is to replace those sockets). If your unit has more severe problems (we have seen here a SIMCHECK unit that was run over by a truck!), our technicians will contact you to discuss the problems and get your approval for the repair charges ahead of time. In addition to the repair charges, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping fees. Please instruct us if you need an overnight shipment, otherwise we will use a lower cost delivery such as UPS Ground service.
