RAMCHECK DDR2 Adapter Key Features Tests and identifies 240-pin PC2-6400/5300/4300/3200 DDR2 modules at true clock speed. Supports Registered (RDIMM), Unbuffered (UDIMM) and ECC DDR2 modules up to 8GB+. Reliable and affordable, very simple to operate - size, speed and structure are automatically detected by the tester. No need for user setup. Rugged test socket for heavy use. Very fast. Test a 1GB DDR2 DIMM in less than one minute (Basic test). Supports SPD programming. Automatic and user controlled test parameters of Trcd, CAS Latency (CL), Additive Latency (AL), Write Recovery (WR), OCD and more. Upgrade with free firmware upgrades available online. Includes powerful SPD Wizard for programming, editing saving SPD files. Up to 8GB modules can be tested. Test support is added as larger modules are introduced to the market. VDD Setup Uses digitally controlled state-of-the-art switching power supply for Vdd range of 1.5V to 2.2V. Voltage automatically defaults based on frequency to 1.8V-1.9V.
