DDR2 Test Parameters	Trcd setup of 2, 3, 4, or 5. CAS Latency (CL) setup of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. (Note: Not all modules support CL=2 and 6.) Additive Latency (AL) setup of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4. Write Recovery (WR) of 2, 4, 5, 6. OCD control of None, 50ohm, 75ohm, and optional 150ohm. Burst Length of 4 or 8.
Addressing Capability	16 Rows and 12 Columns addressing. Up to 8GB modules can be tested. Test support is added as larger modules are introduced to the market.
VDD Setup	Uses digitally controlled state-of-the-art switching power supply for Vdd range of 1.5V to 2.2V. Voltage automatically defaults based on frequency to 1.8V-1.9V. User has interactive control of the wider range.
