Tests industry standard DDR2 memory devices
Houston, Texas - September 6, 2006 - INNOVENTIONS, Inc., the leading

DDR2 Series adapter for testing and identifying industry standard 240-pin
PC2-3200, PC2-4300, PC2-5300, PC2-5400 and PC2-6400 DDR2 (dual data rate) PC
memory modules.

The DDR2 Series adapter works with the RAMCHECK base memory tester. It fully
tests and identifies JEDEC-compliant 240-pin registered and unbuffered DDR2
DIMMs. No special setup is required. The DDR2 Series adapter features rugged,
easy-to-use Zero Insertion Force test sockets.
During each test, the memory module's size, structure, and type are
automatically detected. When plugged into the RAMCHECK base tester, the DDR2
Series adapter quickly spots bad memory chips and alerts the user with a
warning tone and visual signal. The RAMCHECK's firmware can be upgraded via the
Internet. A PC software package to log and print test results and program SPD
data is included at no extra charge.
