• 66-pin DDR chip tester available for RAMCHECK DDR Pro. This low-cost converter tests 66-pin DDR chips used in today's memory modules, including 1Gb (128Mx8, 256Mx4), 512Mb (32Mx16, 64Mx8) and smaller (4Mx16, 32Mx8, 8Mx8, 64Mx4, 16Mx4 and 32Mx4) DDR chips. (11/16/05)

• RAMCHECK is featured in an article in the BestTest Newsletter.
• RAMCHECK Firmware Ver. 2.21e is now available. This latest version adds "Bank Bits Detection" data to the Test Log when testing DDR or SDRAM modules. This data is of particular benefit to technicians using RAMCHECK to repair modules. For more details please review the application note on RAMCHECK Device Structure Analysis. In 2.21e we have also added some functionality to the new RAMCHECK 200pin DIMM adapter for the x144 EDO/FPM Sun memory modules. Please keep your RAMCHECK tester up-to-date by downloading the firmware.
